Your email should include item number, quantity required and ship to address for shipping quote.

All inclusive pricing
Our all inclusive pricing is simple. The price we quote is what you pay. There will be no additional charges or hidden fees,
providing you supply artwork in the required format. (see artwork requirements below)
While most companies will apply a set-up charge of $75 - $100, we do not have a set-up charge.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include single side deep etch.

Production time
Orders are normally shipped 10 business days after the receipt of payment. Large orders may require additional time.

Rush Orders
We will make every effort to accommodate your delivery needs.  In some cases, a rush charge MAY apply.
Please contact us to confirm delivery dates and any possible extra cost.

Guarantee
All our items are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that occasional air bubbles,
chill marks and flow lines are a natural occurrence in even the finest of glass. Such variations are not considered defects.
Material may show minor variations from piece to piece.

Artwork requirements
Electronic artwork must be supplied as black & white eps, cdr or ai files in a vector format. Unsuitable artwork will
be subjected to clean-up charges.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via Fedex with shipping charges added to invoice. Shipping quotes are available upon request.

Cancellations
All orders are considered firm when received by email.  If an order is cancelled after placement, the cost incurred
to date of cancellation will be charged.

Taxes
Taxes are added to your order and is based on the location it is shipped to.
  •to the USA, Europe and Asia - no taxes are charged.
  •within Canada, outside of Ontario - you order is subject to 5% Gst.
  •Within Ontario - your order is subject to 5% Gst and 8% Pst.

Claims
Claims for defects, shortages or damage goods must be made within 5 days from receipt of order.
There will be no exceptions.
